Authors are
invited to send papers relevant to the conference topics. There are no parallel
sessions planed during the conference, to create the space to take a part and
discuss all topics for all participants. In case of receiving a large number of
high-level papers, poster sessions will be included in the program.
Official
conference language is English. Abstracts and full papers must be written in
the official conference language. Presentations during the conference also must
be prepared and performed in the official conference language.
Selected papers will be collected in a book,
published by Springer,
with indexation in SCOPUS, available after the conference. The book with selected papers will be edited by the organizers in cooperation of the Springer team. The authors of selected papers published by Springer, in the frame of standard open access (OA) policy, will pay the extra fee 100 €, after acceptance of the paper for the Springer book. Details will be added later.
Abstracts of papers, which will be not published in the book, published by Springer, could be sent to the conference secretariat also by e-mail to ingeo2025@ingeoconference.com. For sending the abstracts use the abstract template.
All papers
accepted for the conference programme and abstracts of papers selected for the Springer book, will be included into the conference proceeding. The conference
proceeding will be available during the conference and after the conference
through the FIG library.For preparation of the final papers not published by Springer, please use the paper template.
Please remember, that at least one author of each paper must register, and pay, for the conference until 30th of April 2025. Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of the submitted paper.
