Please remember, that at least one author of each paper must register, and pay, for the conference until 30th of April 2025.

Conference Fees

Members of the bellow listed institutions and students can use reduced fees:

  • Czech Chamber of Surveyors
  • Czech Union of Surveyors and Cartographers
  • Association of Surveyors Brno
  • Slovak Union of Surveyors and Cartographers
  • Chamber of Surveyors and Cartographers (Slovakia)

The organizers have a right to check the marked relation or the membership of the participants to the institutions or universities.

Please remember, that no payment on site is possible. Last payment is possible on September 30th, 2025!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received up to 1st of September 2025 - the paid registration fee is fully refunded.
Cancellations received up to 15th of September 2025 - 50% of the registration fee is reimbursed.
No refund is made for cancellations received after 15th of September 2025 or for registered participants who fail to attend.  

Bank transfer expenses are applied in all cases of refund. 

The registration can be transferred to another person, at no cost, if the organizers are informed until 15th of September 2025.
